Our Terms & Conditions Armadillo Foam products are manufactured under the authority
of Armadillo Foam Inc. (a Texas Corporation). Following are the policies
of Armadillo Foam the owner and operator of this Web Site. Please read
them carefully. These policies will govern the relationship between Armadillo
Foam and its customers, and each party placing an order for merchandise
presented will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted such policies
as controlling in all respects. Privacy: All information provided to Armadillo Foam by customers
will be held in the strictest confidence, and Armadillo Foam has taken
all such steps it deems reasonably necessary or appropriate to protect
against improper or unauthorized access thereto. In no event will any
such information so provided be sold or otherwise used by Armadillo Foam
for any purpose other than as may be directly related to the conduct
of business between Armadillo Foam and such customer. Payment: Payment for merchandise purchased may be accomplished through
the use of an accepted credit card, and the customer's credit card account
will be charged promptly upon acceptance of the order. Order Cancellation: Orders submitted may be canceled, but only by written notice
actually received by Armadillo Foam prior to shipment. All orders become
final upon shipment of the merchandise ordered. Warranties: Armadillo Foam warrants that our products are free from defective material or workmanship at the time they are shipped. Due to the nature of the use of the product, for training dogs or being used as a dog toy, we cannot provide any extended warranty. Should you find a defect with the product upon arrival, please notify us at your earliest convenience via email, and we will determine how best to resolve any issues you may have regarding the quality of the product. Any and all decisions regarding how Armadillo Foam will deal with any alleged defect are at the sole discretion of Armadillo Foam Inc. There are no other expressed or implied warranties. The purchaser agrees to assume all liabilities for any
damage and/or bodily injury which may result from the use or misuse of
our products by the purchaser, his employee or agent. Returns and Refunds: Any merchandise returned for a refund must be received by Armadillo Foam within 30 days of purchase. Your refund will be the price of the merchandise less a 30% restocking fee. All items must be marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Armadillo Foam. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and any returned merchandise cannot have been used and must be returned in the original bag in which it was shipped. In no event will Armadillo Foam be obligated to accept
the return of merchandise that has been damaged through the customer's
actions or omissions. Damage occurring during return shipment will be
the responsibility of the customer. Inquiries: All inquiries should be in writing and submitted by e-mail. Armadillo Foam will only be responsible for its written response to any such inquiry. |
